PAST COURSES
WINTER 2019 – SPRING 2020 – 6 weeks courses
(one 2 or 2.5 hrs session per week and some homework is recommended between the classes)
Days and times :
- Monday morning, 10:00am – 12:30 pm (2.5hrs)
- Monday afternoon, 1:00-3:30pm (2.5hrs)
- Monday evening, 7:00-9:00pm (2 hrs)
Instruction is available for all levels – from beginners to master classes – in following disciplines: Bobbin Lace in Fibre, Bobbin Lace in Wire, Needle Lace in Wire, Lace Design. New students follow curriculum for beginners, intermediate and advanced students can select their own projects in techniques of their choice.
Classes are held in Lenka’s Way of Lace Studio in Ocean Park, South Surrey. Small class size (maximum of 3 lacemakers) offer individualized instruction and full support tailored to each student’s needs. Some homework is recommended between the weekly sessions.

Tuition: $300/$240 for 6-weeks course (=hourly rate: $20/hr)
Special: mother + daughter teams : 2 for 1 tuition
Tools for beginners:
All lacemaking tools are provided. Beginner’s kit for wire lace is $75, beginner’s kit for fibre lace is $175
Materials :
All instruction printed materials are included in the tuition. Materials for beginners are included in the tool kit. Other specialty materials (lacemaking thread, lacemaking wire, bobbins, pins, etc.) are available for purchase in the studio.

Thank you for your interest, Louise.
At the moment I am not planning any lacemaking classes or workshops. One things change for better, hopefully at the begging of the next year, I will probably start planning, and post any updates here.
