I believe that lace is one of the techniques that comes close to reproducing nature, because it can be so delicate.
Working with very fine wire and Miyuki #15 rocaille beads is one of those moments when I completely forget the world and completely merge with the creative process. The focus is extreme, all attention centred on one square inch defined by the frame. Imagination has no problem to fill the space with a micro image, and it’s just amazing to watch what human hands are able to do…
