Introduction to torchon lace covers the basics of ground lace: ground variations, small and large spiders, fans, and gimpwork. Gradual instruction accommodates thorough understanding of the new material with ample time for practice. Each lacemaker gets individual attention with consideration of different learning styles. Some homework is recommended.
